Sopwer yang paling gampang adalah sopwer yang paling diminati oleh pelanggan karena sebelumnya pelanggan telah mempelajari sopwer tersebut baik membaca ringkasan fungsi atau kinerja dan penampilan (interface) dari sopwer tersebut sehingga menurutnya sopwer ini yang akan digunakan. Biasanya pelanggan juga melihat rating dari masing-masing produk dalam hal seberapa besar tingkat pengguna sopwer tersebut.
